At Skinfix, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare journey. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for items bought directly through our online store.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the process.

  Prepare the Package

  Pack the items securely in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Apply the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
