Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return the product for a full refund, minus shipping costs, provided it is at least half full.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Yes, all Skinfix products are dermatologically tested, pH-balanced, and formulated without common irritants like synthetic fragrances, parabens, or sulfates.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our international shipping options to more countries in the near future.
